Stream Memory Fix (Blur Fix)

This Solution will only work for GTA San Andreas.

Blurry Textures is a major problem. This problem arrives whenever you install High-Quality Vehicles / objects in your game. If the mod you install has high quality textures, then you're gonna definately face this problem. The second reason can be a graphical texture mod. But most of the times, these types of mods won't cause this problem.

Why this problem occurs?
The simple answer is limited RAM usage. GTA SA Game uses very low amount of RAM from your PC (only 45-100mb). This limited RAM cannot load all the textures at once. HD Textures require more amount of RAM in order to load all the textures without any issue. So, because of the Limited RAM, game is not able to load most of the textures and thus they become blurry.

How does this mod fixes the problem?
This mod simply increases the RAM usage of the game. Which means, It changes the game RAM usage from 45mb to 512mb / 1gb. Now, the game has enough RAM and can handle HD Textures easily. The RAM usage modification depends on your pc specs. If you have a low-end pc, then it will be changed to 512mb. And if you have a high-end pc, then it would be changed to 1gb and so on...
